The Volkswagen Amarok is a mid-size pickup truck produced by Volkswagen Commercial Vehicles, which combines the robustness specific to the segment with the refinement and technology characteristic of the German brand.

The second generation Amarok, introduced in 2022, was developed in collaboration with Ford, sharing the platform with the new Ford Ranger. This model is available in single cab and double cab variants.
Compared to its predecessor, the new Amarok is 96 mm longer, with an overall length of 5,350 mm, and the wheelbase has been extended by 173 mm, reaching 3,270 mm, which provides more space for rear passengers. Water fording capacity has been increased from 500 mm to 800 mm, improving off-road performance.

2.0-litre TDI diesel: available in 110 kW (150 hp), 125 kW (170 hp) and bi-turbo versions of 150 kW (204 hp) or 154 kW (209 hp), depending on the market.
3.0-litre V6 TDI diesel: offers 177 kW (241 hp) or 184 kW (250 hp), depending on the region.
2.3-litre TSI petrol: turbo petrol engine with 222 kW (302 hp), available in certain markets.
Transmissions range from 5- or 6-speed manuals to 6- or 10-speed automatics, depending on engine and market.
