Skoda Superb 3.2 VR6 250 HP . This is the only Superb mk1 in the world with this engine on it. Not from factory, it is a swap done by TAD Performance and CARSX Garage. Fully functional. Had it done for like 10000 km / 2.5 years.

Swap from 1.9 TDI to 3.2 VR6 N/A – 250 hp, fully functional, no engine issues

Exhaust with downpipe, mid-section, rear section

Engine fully rebuilt (piston rings, bearings, pistons, injectors, etc.) – 10,000 km since rebuild

Exterior:

BBS RS-GT 923 wheels (forged, modular) - around 6000 euros new.

Front brakes: Brembo Z18, 6-piston, 350mm

Rear brakes: Brembo, 4-piston, 310mm with separate parking brake caliper from VW Phaeton

Independent air suspension (Airlift 3P kit) - Around 3 000 euros

TA-Technix dampers with factory-integrated airbags - 1000 euros just the front suspension

Full respray in 2018

Full facelift conversion (hood grille, bumper grille, mirrors, fender trims, taillights)

Headlights restored, with Hella EVO X-R 2.0 projectors, interior trim painted

In addition to all of the above, extensive maintenance, restoration, and replacement of worn components has been carried out—many of which aren’t listed here, even though I’ve tried to keep this journal as up-to-date as possible.

Owning this car for more than 10 years. Have also a topic open on vwforum since I bought it, so any updates on the car in the past 10 years are there.
